President Dr.Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete chats with former Malaysian Prime Minister Dr.Mahathir Mohamed during the opening session of the Langkawi International Dialogue(LID) 2011 held at Putrajaya,Malaysia this morning.Dr Mahathir was the fourth Malaysia's Prime Minister who held the post for 22 years from 1981 to 2003 and is credited with engineering Malaysia's rapid modernisation and economic growth.
