Dear colleagues,
I just want to inform you that Civil Case Na. 33 of 2010, Registrar of Trade Unions against Tanzania Union of Journalists (TUJ), is coming for hearing on 13/09/2012 before Acting Principal Judge S.A.N Wambura at the Labour Division of the High Court.
Decision of this case will determine the future of TUJ. It will be Judge's discretion and interest to let TUJ survive as Registrar of Trade Union has asked for the de-registering of the only reputable journalists and media workers union in Tanzania.
