President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete discusses a point with the Minister for Tourism and Natural Resources Mr Nyalandu moments before the start of a Dialogue on Combating Wildlife Trafficing hosted by the US Secretary of the Interior Ms Sally Jewell at the National Academy of Sciences in Washington.
